Beginners Class
Beginners Class is for those who want a more personalized introduction to CrossFit. It is a 4-week program designed to introduce you to the basic movements of CrossFit and the foundation for living a healthy and active life – so that you can experience great success in your future CrossFit training.
You can register either at the reception or by writing an email to reception@aarhuscrossfit.dk.
