New EU rules make you feel even safer.
The EU has decided to tighten the requirements for how companies, organizations and public institutions use and process personal data.
The aim of the new rules is to protect you even better.
The rules came into force on May 25, 2018.
Everyone has to define a privacy policy, and for you as a member, this means that you get better insight into the data we hold and how we use it.
You don’t have to do anything in this regard.

§ 1. Introduction

When you visit our website, information about you is collected that is used to customize and improve the content and to increase the value of the ads that may appear on the site.
If you do not want information to be collected, you should delete your cookies and refrain from further use of the website.
Below we have elaborated on what information is collected, its purpose and which third parties have access to it.

§ 2. Cookies

The website uses “cookies”, which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile or similar for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting ads.

Marketing cookies MailChimp (newsletter): ÅCF uses MailChimp as a platform for sending newsletters.
MailChimp is an American company and therefore the information you provide in connection with the newsletter is stored in the USA: – Your name – Your e-mail address You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time by unsubscribing via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

§ Section 3. Personal data

Personal data is any kind of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another.
When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information.
This happens, for example, when you – become a member – sign up for our newsletter – write to us via the contact form.
To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, we process: Name, phone number, e-mail and address.
Via Google Analytics, we collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP address, geographical location and which pages you click on (interests).
This information is stored for 24 months.

§ 4. Newsletter

Data protection information about the newsletter and MailChimp.
By subscribing to my newsletter, you declare that you agree to receive the newsletter and the conditions described below.
Content of the newsletter We only send newsletters, emails and other electronic communications with promotional information (hereinafter the “Newsletter”) if recipients have given their consent.
Distribution service provider MailChimp The newsletter is distributed by “MailChimp”, an e-mail service of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE # 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
The information about our newsletter recipients, namely first name and e-mail addresses and all other data described in this notice are stored on the MailChimp servers in the USA.
MailChimp uses this information to distribute and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf.
According to MailChimp, it may also use this data to optimize or improve its own services, such as technical optimization of distribution and newsletter presentation, or for commercial purposes such as determining which countries the recipients come from.
However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them directly or forward them to third parties.
We trust the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp.
MailChimp is certified according to the US data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” and is therefore committed to comply with EU data protection regulations.
In addition, we have signed a “Data-Processing-Agreement” with MailChimp.
By signing this agreement, MailChimp is obliged to: protect the data of our users in order to process the data on our behalf and in accordance with the data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR obligations with effect from May 25, 2018) and in particular not to pass on subscriber data to third parties.

§ Section 5. Unsubscribing and withdrawal of consent

You can revoke consent to this newsletter and MailChimp data protection information at any time, which cancels your subscription to my newsletter.
This also cancels your consent to distribution via MailChimp and statistical analyzes.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to revoke permission for statistical data collection while subscribed.
Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link at the end that allows you to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

§ 6. Safety and security

We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

§ Section 7 Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to provide the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter.
In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

§ Section 8. Storage period

The data is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storage.
It is therefore not possible to give a general time frame for when information is deleted.

§ 9. Disclosure of information

Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known.
You can see which third parties are involved in the section on “Cookies” above.
The information is used for targeting content.
We also use a number of third parties to store and process data.
These third parties only process data on behalf of ÅCF and may not use it for their own purposes.
Disclosure of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you consent to it.
We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.

§ Section 10. Access and complaints

You have the right to know what personal data we process about you.
You can also object to the use of your data at any time.
You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
If the data processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
