THE BEST INTRODUCTION TO CROSSFIT
CrossFit needs to be experienced, so come and get a completely non-binding and free intro class and get a discount when you buy a membership.
Our free intro class is for those whoare brand new to CrossFit or haven’t yet decided if CrossFit is for you.
HOW DOES THE INTRO CLASS WORK?
In the intro class, we start with a thorough warm-up and a review of some of the most important exercises in CrossFit.
You’ll have time to practice your technique while our instructors are ready to help you along the way.
Then there will be a WOD (Workout of the Day), at a level where everyone can follow along.
Here you will get the chance to use the exercises you have just practiced.
We look forward to introducing you to this exciting and different form of training, where high intensity and natural body movements characterize the program.
REGISTRATION
Our intro classes are completely free and do not require membership.
Intro classes take place every Tuesday at 19:00 and every other Sunday at 13:00.
Your time in the intro class is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us that you are in the class.
