Linda Thomsen offers personal training with a focus on powerlifting and general strength.

Linda has been interested in powerlifting for many years and has nerded out on technique down to the smallest detail and also competes at the Danish and Jutland Championships, where she won gold in her weight class in 2023.

Linda is generally very passionate about her job as a Health and Social Care Assistant, her training, her horse and making sure you get great personal training that pushes you towards your goals, whether the goal is to improve lifting technique, achieve more consistency, try new exercises or get stronger.
