Beginners Class

Would you like to get the best start in CrossFit?
Then our Beginners Class is just right for you!
Here you’ll join a four-week program that introduces you to the basic elements of CrossFit.
You’ll train twice a week, and you’ll be with the same instructor and other participants each time.

The best introduction!

Beginners Class is for those who want a more personalized introduction, or re-introduction, to CrossFit.
Beginners Class is designed to take you through the most basic exercises and elements of CrossFit and what it means to live an active and healthy life.
In short, Beginners Class gets you ready to join the rest of our exciting classes without feeling left behind.
Beginners Class is a four-week course with training twice a week.
The class is designed as an overall program that builds on the previous class.

How does it work?

First, we will introduce you to the technique of CrossFit.
The better the technique, the better the results you will achieve.
Then we build intensity in the exercises.
We start with the simplest movements and gradually build up with more technical exercises.
There will be a WOD (Workout of the day) at the end of each session, where the day’s exercises will be used.
This WOD will gradually become more challenging as the program progresses.

The personal and social aspect

At Aarhus CrossFit we train together and this also characterizes our Beginners Class classes.
Here we emphasize a personal approach to the program.
That’s why it will be the same instructor who follows you all the way, and the same people you train with every time.
Training should be fun, and it’s only fun if you get to know new people at the same time.

The practicalities

The Beginners Class is open for enrollment for everyone.
Whether you’re brand new to CrossFit or you’d like a refresher!
To ensure participants get the best possible experience, there are only 14 places in each class!
So hurry up and secure your spot!
The program is part of the Aarhus CrossFit membership and does not cost extra.
So if you’re brand new, all you need to do is sign up as a member with us.
You can sign up either at the reception or by writing an e-mail to reception@aarhuscrossfit.dk.
If you are already a member, please include your membership number in the email.

Crossfit is for those who want an intensive and versatile but natural workout where we are one hundred percent present and give everything we have in us.
It’s a workout that’s different.
A workout that builds on the body’s natural movements and the elements we all have around us.

Brand new to CrossFit?

If you’ve never tried CrossFit before but want to get a taste of what CrossFit can do for you, we recommend you take our Free Intro class.
If you’re brand new to CrossFit, you’ll join a class with like-minded people who are also brand new.
The most basic CrossFit exercises will be covered thoroughly, after which we will finish with a group workout.
You’re guaranteed high intensity, but ANYONE can participate, regardless of level, as all exercises can be scaled as needed.
