CrossFit Light

Do you want to try a gentler version of CrossFit – or do you know someone who wants to try CrossFit and needs an easier start?
Then CrossFit Light is a good choice.
Here you get all the functional and varied benefits of CrossFit training principles and become part of an open and informal training environment.
We train in a small class with a maximum of 15 participants.
Here we scale the exercises so that everyone can participate regardless of level.

What is CrossFit Light?

Would you like to get in better physical shape?
But you don’t want to work out in a regular gym, or maybe you’re looking for a place to work out where the social aspect also comes into play?
Maybe you want to start out light and then build up a good physical base?
Then try our CrossFit Light class, which is CrossFit in a gentler version!
All the good, functional and varied aspects of CrossFit are included, albeit in a less tough and demanding version, so EVERYONE can participate!
Each class will start with a thorough warm-up, after which there will be time to work on technique and try out the different exercises.
Finally, there will be a WOD (workout of the day) that will include the exercises you’ve just worked on.

The personal and social aspect

Our CrossFit light classes are limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
This ensures that the instructor has time to visit everyone and can help you with your specific challenges and questions.
At the same time, you train with other like-minded people who also want a slightly gentler version of CrossFit.

The practicalities

CrossFit Light for everyone, regardless of level and age.
It is part of the membership in Aarhus CrossFit.
Therefore, it only requires that you are a member with us.
It’s also a popular class, which is why we’ve set aside even more times for it in our class schedule!
The training times are as follows:
Monday 19:00-20:00
Wednesday 19:00-20:00
Friday 15:00-16:00
Sunday 13:00-14:00

Crossfit is for those who want an intensive and versatile but natural workout where we are one hundred percent present and give everything we have in us.
It’s a workout that’s different.
A workout that builds on the body’s natural movements and the elements we all have around us.
Crossfit is for everyone, regardless of gender, age, experience, ability or personality.

Brand new to CrossFit?

If you’ve never tried CrossFit before but want to get a taste of what CrossFit can do for you, we recommend you take our Free Intro class.
If you’re brand new to CrossFit, you’ll join a class with like-minded people who are also brand new.
The most basic CrossFit exercises will be covered thoroughly, after which we will finish with a group workout.
You’re guaranteed high intensity, but ANYONE can participate, regardless of level, as all exercises can be scaled as needed.
