Charlotte is a certified personal trainer at Fitness Institute and teaches our CrossFit Light class.
She offers dietary guidance and personal training, as well as her own bootcamp program: Strongwomen 35+, which is a 10-week intensive training program in smaller closed classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Charlotte is particularly interested in strength training for women.
She instructs and motivates women to find joy and results in training, also in the long run.

He has a background in martial arts, gymnastics and CrossFit, and works both as an instructor with us, but is also an independent personal trainer.

Stefan Nørrelund

Physiotherapy – Prevention – Rehabilitation – Injuries – Mobility – Strength

Stefan works with us on a daily basis as both a physiotherapist and personal trainer.
He combines his knowledge from both the physiotherapy world with his knowledge of strength training and CrossFit.

Therefore, his core competencies are prevention, rehabilitation, injury management, mobility and strength.
Using evidence- and experience-based tools, he puts together a training program for you so that you can continue your own training after the course has ended.

Andreas Stobberup

Andreas has 12 years of experience in strength training and has extensive experience in other sports such as football, badminton, handball, gymnastics and American football.

He works with weight loss, muscle building, fitness and dietary guidance.
Andreas also offers online personal training for those with busy and dynamic schedules that can make it difficult to always plan your personal training.

Thomas Holdersen

He has many years of experience in teaching both beginners and elite level people.
Thomas also organizes his own weightlifting workshops where he goes in depth with the individual exercises.

Martin Dan Jørgensen

Martin is a physiotherapy student and has been teaching CrossFit for more than six years.
In addition, he has a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education.

If you’re new to CrossFit, Martin can help you get started safely through an individually tailored program that is adapted to you and your goals.

If you’re an experienced athlete suffering from an injury or returning from an injury, Martin has a wealth of knowledge in rehabilitation and pain management that can help you get back on track.

If you want to take your training to the next level, Martin offers 30-minute Skill Sessions where we concentrate on the exact exercise you want to progress in.
